About Louis
Hello my name is Louis and I am a local Tampa tennis coach with over 20 years of playing experience and over 10 years of teaching experience! I started playing tennis when I was 6 years old and quickly started competing all over France. My coach was Francis Gasquet, the father of Richard Gasquet. By the age of 18, I won the championship in my region (Occitanie) and competed in the French Championship at Roland Garros. I then joined Eastern Florida State College for 2 years in 2017 and transferred to St. John’s University (Division 1) in 2019. While competing at the highest collegiate level and reaching a UTR of 13, I obtained my bachelor in economics and finance. I have been coaching tennis for a decade and worked with numerous promising top 10 juniors in Florida in their age groups as well as WTA players (top 1000 in the world). Additionally, I was the sparring partner of Payton Stearns and I also played in an invitational tennis tournament with Thomas Blake, James Blake’s brother (ATP).
I am offering fun private tennis lessons, semi-private tennis lessons, group tennis lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). So whether you need to work on some specifics like your forehand, backhand, volley, serve, service return, overhead, drop shot, approach shot, footwork, singles strategy or doubles strategy-I would be more than happy to help you out with your tennis game!
I teach tennis lessons in the Tampa area but will travel up to 10 miles.

Semi-Private Tennis Lessons (2 Players): $40 Per Hour Each
Group Tennis Lessons (3+ Players): $35 Per Hour Each
Hitting Only Sessions (1 Player): $65 Per Hour
