About Julian
Hi my name is Julian & I am a local Irvine tennis coach with over 15 years of playing experience and 8 years of teaching experience! I am currently a tennis player on the UC Santa Cruz men’s tennis team alongside taking on the role as an assistant tennis coach. Prior to my injuries, I was a former 13.1 UTR (Universal Tennis Rating). After my 3 years of being team captain at Irvine Valley College’s three time state championship team, I was offered multiple division 1 scholarships to play in Southern California. At Irvine Valley College, I was nominated as an All-American. As a captain and assistant tennis coach, I led and organized practices for the men’s tennis team. I played four years of high school varsity tennis as both a singles and doubles player over at University High School (Division 1). I was ranked the second best doubles player in California. I’ve coached tennis at Bill Barber Park, University High School as well as Nike Tennis Summer Camps. I have been coaching private lessons for the past 6 years from beginners to top ranked juniors and adults. Coaching tennis is one of my biggest passions and I aspire to pass on my love for tennis to my students!
I teach tennis lessons in the Irvine area on outdoor courts but I will also travel up to 5 miles to a tennis court conveniently near you.

Private Tennis Lessons (1 Player): $70 Per Hour
Semi-Private Tennis Lessons (2 Players): $40 Per Hour Each
Group Tennis Lessons (3+ Players): $30 Per Hour Each
Hitting Only Sessions (1 Player): $65 Per Hour

*Please note that if you are interested in semi-private tennis lessons (2 players) or group tennis lessons (3+ players), you will first need to find a friend(s) to take tennis lessons with you before contacting me.
