About Wes
Hello my name is Wes! I’m a fun, local Columbia tennis coach with over 6 years of playing experience and over 2 years of teaching experience. I fell in love with tennis while I was in high school. I was captain of the team and All Conference (3 times), All District (once) and a State Qualifier (once) were I placed 12th. I started teaching for the City of Kirksville and just loved it. I have since started attending Mizzou and have continued my teaching. Seeing people grow and advance in the great game of tennis is one of my very favorite things.
I am offering fun private tennis lessons, semi-private tennis lessons, group tennis lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). So whether you need to work on some specifics like your forehand, backhand, volley, serve, service return, overhead, drop shot, approach shot, footwork, singles strategy or doubles strategy-I would be more than happy to help you out with your tennis game!
I teach tennis lessons in the Columbia and Boonville area but I will also travel up to 25 miles to a tennis court that is located near you.
