The Strawberry Tennis Center located in the park is a full service public tennis facility and was recently renamed in honor of Harry Taylor Jr. “the father of Pasadena tennis.” Harry Taylor served as the head pro at the Strawberry Tennis Center for over 17 years teaching generations of tennis to Pasadena residents. Taylor was considered a gifted tennis coach and was very well known for his ability to impact the lives of his tennis students. Taylor did not just leave a legacy of tennis-but a legacy of life that will last a lifetime!
