As a resident of Chicago, Billie Jean King says it’s “the best place to play tennis in the world.” Chicago is the home of the world’s largest indoor tennis facility that features eighteen tennis courts. Midtown Athletic Club is the place to be for tennis year-round in a private setting and is also the host of the USTA (United States Tennis Association) Mens 45 and 55 Tournament.
The Chicago Park District has public tennis courts all across the Windy City that are available for the community to take a swing at playing this wonderful sport. Maggie Daley Park is a popular spot with 12 tennis courts to choose from to take some tennis lessons.
