About Ashley
Hello my name is Ashley! I am a local Lewisville tennis coach with over 20 years of playing experience and over 3 years of teaching experience. As a former NCAA Division 1 tennis athlete, I was ranked number 1 in singles, doubles and team categories while competing for Pepperdine University. After graduating, I competed on the WTA Pro Tour, reaching a career high of 317 in singles and 170 in doubles before stopping due to a knee injury. Beyond playing, I have a strong background in coaching and mentoring, having worked with players of all ages in Colorado, California and Texas. With immense passion for the sport, infectious enthusiasm and a wealth of experience, I am prepared to help any tennis player improve their strategy, footwork, fitness or technique to help them reach their tennis goals on court!
I am offering fun private tennis lessons, semi-private tennis lessons, group tennis lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). So whether you need to work on some specifics like your forehand, backhand, volley, serve, service return, overhead, drop shot, approach shot, footwork, singles strategy or doubles strategy-I would be more than happy to help you out with your tennis game!
I teach tennis lessons in the Lewisville area but I will also travel up to 25 miles to a tennis court that is conveniently located close to you.
